My coaching style balances support with challenge. I create a space where you can explore deeply while staying accountable to your core values and long-term vision. When I challenge you, know that I'm doing so with your best interests at heart. When I support you, I'll always remain candid and direct.


While focused on your professional effectiveness, I take a holistic approach that often includes addressing mindfulness, physical health, sleep, relationship with technology, and emotional regulation.   • Unlimited support between sessions (email, text)
