Guiding ambitious humans seeking beyond the conventional path
Guiding ambitious humans seeking beyond the conventional path
I work with professionals who feel the limits of the old script: climb the ladder, collect the titles, keep grinding.
Some of my clients are actively considering leaving their jobs. Others enjoy aspects of their work but want something deeper. What unites them is not a job title but the courage to redefine success on their own terms.
Our sessions are not about quick fixes. They're about creating the conditions for you to see yourself clearly, face what feels hardest, and take steps toward a life and work that feel fully your own.
Uncover who you really are
This work begins with slowing down enough to notice what you long for. Together we uncover your deepest desires, the parts of yourself you may have ignored or denied, and the possibility of allowing yourself to want what you truly want.
Work with fear directly
Fear shows up as self-judgment, conflict avoidance, or the voice that says you are not ready. Instead of pushing it away, we bring it into the room. Fear becomes a signal, pointing toward what matters most and where your real growth lives.
Discern and take the leap
Whether you're contemplating a career transition, or other significant change, we work on both sides of the decision. We prepare by clarifying what you want and plan ahead. We also build the courage to leap when the time is right.
Find sustainable rhythms
Lasting change requires steady ground. When burnout has dimmed your light, we create space to breathe, slow the cycle of urgency, and rediscover balance.
Reclaim aliveness
Aliveness is about rediscovering childlike curiosity, play, and a sense of wonder in your days. Together we bring back what makes you feel most human and let that energy ripple into your work and life.
You set the focus. I help track patterns, ask questions that cut through the noise, and offer practices that keep you moving toward what matters.

How we'll work together
My Approach
"In a transitory time where I was plagued with anxiety, lack of self-confidence, and constant worry about the future, Matt continuously challenged me to look within to uncover my true values, what I truly wanted to accomplish, and as a result, who I wanted to become." — Raahul A.
As your coach I serve as your mirror, your sparring partner, and sometimes your bullshit-caller. I don't separate personal and professional growth. They're deeply connected.
My role isn't to hand you answers. It is to help you uncover what you truly want in life and work, then support you in taking action that matches your own commitments. I balance support with challenge. When I challenge you it is always with your best interests at heart. When I support you I stay candid and direct.
What makes the biggest difference in this work is simple:
Making meaningful commitments to yourself
Taking concrete action, even small steps
Learning to feel and process emotions
Having the difficult conversations you have been avoiding
Changing your environment when needed
I create space for deeper self-inquiry through questions, silence, and attentive listening. Together we work with both your analytical mind and your embodied knowing. Insight is important, but what matters most is turning that insight into action while honoring your whole self.
My role isn't to fix you or to chase goals for the sake of achievement. It's to accompany you in becoming more fully human, aware, aligned, and alive to the richness of your experience.
Are you feeling…
My coaching resonates most with people who:
Value depth over surface-level achievement
Are committed to growth even when it’s uncomfortable
Feel called toward something more than conventional success
Want to bring their full humanity into their work
Clients often find me at inflection points: considering whether to quit, exploring a career pivot, scaling a business, or stepping into new leadership.
Some question everything about their current path. Others love their work but want to deepen their impact and satisfaction. They all share a willingness to look beyond quick fixes and face the meaningful questions that create lasting change.

Are you feeling stuck?
Many people arrive at a point where something no longer feels right.
For some, it looks like burnout. You are moving from one urgent demand to the next, caught in a vortex of constant rushing, and not sure what to do about it.
For others, it is restlessness. You feel lost in your career, torn between grinding it out or rage quitting, and noticing your day-to-day is missing a sense of aliveness.
There is also fear. Paralyzed by fear of failure or self-judgment. Afraid to face conflict or trapped in people-pleasing. Wanting change yet hesitating at the edge of it.
Sometimes it shows up as disconnection. Feeling lonely or afraid of intimacy, or realizing the relationships that matter most are stuck in surface-level patterns.
And often it shows up as numbness. Hours of technology and doomscrolling that leave you dulled, distracted, and far from the life you want to be living.

Money can feel sensitive, so I keep things transparent and flexible. Coaching with me is offered on a sliding scale:
Standard: $500-1,000/month
Executive: $1000+/month
The coaching itself is the same. The scale reflects your financial situation and ability to invest.
I ask for a three-month commitment, not as a formal contract but as a way of committing to yourself and the process.
If these rates feel out of reach, I encourage you to reach out anyway.
If you're curious about what this work could mean for you, let’s have a conversation. I offer a complimentary 60-minute intro session so we can go beyond the surface and see if working together feels right.
